Pregnancy tests are not a reliable indicator of twins at all...not even HCG, my levels were quadrupled and it was still just one. Only way to be sure is an ultrasound

Girl... twins run heavy in my family. I’m scared I might be, too. My pregnancy tests turned positive before urine even hit the control line. Has me freaked out, too! Lol. But I don’t think our tests are good indicators of multiples😯 just have to wait until our ultrasound. Our HCG levels just must be abnormally high for when we thought we conceived

I found out at 4 weeks and got a thick dark line. Not twins. Only 1. Those tests dont indicate how many there are in there.

That’s not a reliable indicator of twins. My test was that dark at 4 weeks and my HCG quadrupled every 48 hours. There’s definitely only 1 baby in my uterus.

Unlikely if it doesn’t run in your genes. Anythings a possibility, all of my tests were extremely dark but it was just one baby.

no thats the most sensitive test on the market at 5miu which is nothing. take a 50miu test and it will be a lot more faint
