Feeling concerned

After ttc baby #2 I finally got an bfp Friday after thanksgiving. According to glow im 5wks3days. I went in for ultrasound today n Dr can see a sac but no yolk sac or fetal pole yet. Which she say it's to early that they should've scheduled it a little later. Well what she didn't tell me is that I have a subchorionic bleed .8x.3cm. I seen it when I made it home on my papers. Have anyone been through this n everything was ok I'm so scared but all I can do is Pray.
