That looks like a girl there’s the three lines there and it gives the ‘hamburger’ appearance. My first gender scan for my daughter was wrong she told me it was a boy but I just knew it was a girl so I demanded a rescan from a diff tech and I was right!
If you zoom in you can see some thing right in front of the arrow and that could be a penis or the umbilical cord. I would not say for sure on this one if it is boy or girl. Was this your anatomy scan?
