Here is a quick and easy recipe for ‘Sausage Stroganoff’ that is also delicious 😋 -

You will need:

1) 1 roll of turkey or pork sausage (I like using the Jimmy Dean pork sausage)

2) 1/2 a package of pasta of your choice

3) 1 package fresh mushrooms

4) 2 cans of mushroom soup

5) Salt & Pepper to taste

6) Sour Cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) In a pot, brown the sausage - breaking it apart with a wooden spoon; add sliced mushrooms (wash and slice lengthwise) half way through

2) In the meantime, cook your pasta per directions on the package until el Dente

3) Once the meat and mushrooms are fully cooked, add the 2 cans of mushroom soup and stir in

4) Drain pasta - once cooked - and add back to your pot

4) Add meat and mushroom mix to pasta and stir until pasta is covered and cook until desired temperature

5) Add 1-2 spoons of sour cream to your portion - with salt & pepper if desired - and mix in.
