Someone please help me with my sleep schedule. 😭

So I've had a seriously messed up sleep schedule. I know a lot of it is depression related because I've been in a huge funk and I don't know how to get out of it. For the past few days I've been going to sleep at 3am and waking up at 12:30pm. Last night I went to sleep at 2am and woke up at 1:15pm. I hate it. I don't mean to. I even set alarms and they don't help. Then the rest of my day is always sucky because I'm so mad that I slept so late. I work evenings (usually getting off work around 9-10pm) so it's super hard for me to wind down afterwards. It's also hard going to bed at a decent hour when you've only been up since noon or so. Any tips? 😭
