Period Almost 3 Weeks - Bad Pains - Constant Bright Red Blood

Hi all,

I’ve been on my period now for almost 3 weeks, I’ve been off the injection for 6 months now and I have had previous periods but none that accompanied the period pains etc and I was always spotting for ages and then would start my period and be on for 2 or so weeks.

But this time round, I’m fully aware my body is getting back to normal but it’s come with seriously bad period pains and I know as daft as this sound I had a medium come and see me and she mentioned my periods without me even talking about it and she said how there’s something wrong.

Of course I just let it go over my head and thought it was nothing really but it’s been playing in my head a little.

Should I wait this period out record how long it lasts and then see if my next is the same?

What would I even say to a doctor about it?

Anyone else in the same boat?

Would really appreciate some responses, don’t think I’ll ever opt for the injection again.
