Large uterus??!!

So I’m 7 weeks today. I had my first appointment and when the NP was feeling my uterus she said “wow! 7 weeks, it feels more like 8 weeks! You’re definitely pregnant!”. I didn’t think anything of her comment until I went back and did the math. I’m exactly 7 weeks and 2 days. So I googled larger uterus and saw that measuring larger than you actually are can be a strong indicator of twins. For all you mommies that have twins or want twins, I commend you!! I’m a super anxious human being and absolutely only want to carry one child as this is my first pregnancy. My question is this: has anyone else had this experience? Does anyone else have any explanations that their doctors have given them in regards to a larger uterus? Did anyone have this happen to them and it did end up being twins?
