Had faint lines & now cramping in the middle of cycle?

I know it’s quite rare to get pregnant right after your period ends but if I’m pregnant right now, that’s what happened. I’ve had faint lines on two tests now (serious squinters) & now having cramping on both sides not just one. I know no one can tell me for certain besides a dr but so anxious now bc i haven’t had any symptoms prior to testing (even tho i swore i was pregnant two months ago & had every symptom🙄) now I’m actually getting faint lines & having cramping 12 days from intercourse (that i think could’ve gotten me pregnant as it’s the first time bf came inside me) & period isn’t due for another 16 days. I’ll attach a pic of my tests, they’re super super faint so you really have to look hard to see it. (The first test was still processing, it’s not a dye run, the line was still there after)
