Tiny amount of brownish pink discharge

After using the bathroom tonight I wiped and saw a tiny amount of brownish, rusty pink discharge. And by tiny I mean like two little bits the size of a pencil eraser. But now I’m freaking out. I am 12 + 1 with my first pregnancy and am just so scared that something might be wrong. I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks and everything looked good, and have my 12 week appointment tomorrow but I am so worried. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I freaking out over nothing? Just praying that baby is OK ♥️
