I have a gut feeling my tubes was tied during my c-section

I have my twins a week ago by c-section two months ago I signed the paperwork to get my tubes tied but the day of my pre opp which was a few days before my c-section I told my doctor I changed my mind I don’t want my tubes tied I even told the nurses that was in the OR with me that I didn’t want fixed the nurses told me that My tubes didn’t get tied but I have this gut feeling that my tubes was tied is there any way of knowing if they was tied like any symptoms or can I call my insurance to see if they was billed for my tubes being tied
