When will glow get it right?

Glow for the second mon

th says I'm in my fertile window. Last time it says my fertile window started Oct 16th and I was to ovulate on on the 20th. Well I kept getting negative opk's and my temp was all over the place. I stopped testing after 11 days. Then tested 2 days after dropping testing and I started to get positives then peak. I thought I ovulated on Nov 6th. Boobs were sore felt light cramping etc. Then it stopped. Glow then confirmed I ovulated on the 6th because I got my period Nov 20th.

And . Here we are again. Glow says I am in my fertile window. And all I'm getting is negative opks. And my bbt is a roller coaster.

Frustraiting as all hell. Lol
