I think I’m pregnant

So I took two pregnancy test yesterday 12-6-2018 and the cake out positive but I haven’t felt no nauseous cravings or nothing .. I don’t know if I am 100% cause I’m usually not regular on my period . I’m cramping and feel like I’m going to get my period , I don’t know what to do either wait another week to go to the doctor or idk what to do ?
