I’m pretty sure after I had my daughter I had the worst PPA you can get. I was scared to eat or drink, because I felt like that made it hard to breath. I almost starved to death. So if you ever need someone please let me know. I wish I had someone to talk to back then. Now I’m almost 20 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and terrified to go through it again.

I have ppd and my dr referred me out and the therapist told me I need to go to support group meetings three times a week from 9am-1pm but I do not have the time or child care to make it to those it makes me feel more helpless 🤕 I’d love to be in a chat with someone going through the ppd as well 
I wanna feel better so that my baby won’t have an unhappy momma 💙
