Help-color choice!?

Has anyone used these? I have heard good things about them, but unsure if i want the medium or dark color.

I use to work at a tanning salon and so many women would go “dark” like Much darker than their natural color. I suggest getting a few shades darker than your natural color because then it will bend into your natural skin tones better and not look like a spray tan. Good luck!
