How to get baby feet out of ribs?

Question

I’m 32 weeks pregnant with twins & I have the worst pain under my right boob..assuming it’s one of their feet near my ribs 😩 it’s so painful and I cannot sleep. I tried getting on my knees and hands & I tried putting some pressure there to try to move baby but neither worked 😔
Any suggestions please??

My husband used to put one hand on each baby, or as close to them as possible, and talked to them as he rubbed my belly rhythmically. Legit got them to relax and retract within 5 minutes. Only one time it lasted a whole 30 minutes and I swear I thought I was going to die because both of them stretched and held on for dear life. I couldn’t breathe or move until they retracted.

You should contact your doctor just to be sure the pain is your baby and not your liver. Not to worry you but right upper quadrant pain can be sign of something more serious.
