0 symptoms ... worried!

I have no symptoms today and I’m worried. Went in for my first US last Tuesday and doc couldn’t see anything. We thought I was further along however we may have miscalculated due to me having extremely irregular cycles/PCOS.

He sent me for blood work and the first round came back saying my HCG was at 247 but my progesterone was low. Doc said he didn’t think the pregnancy was progressing as it should but wanted to see if my HCG levels rose.

48 hours later and my HCG levels more than doubled. Waiting to see if they continue to rise as they should but my symptoms are hardly there today and it just makes me nervous!
