MAMA’s I NEED ADVICE

my one year old is snotting and running a fever, i’ve been giving tylenol, doing vapor rub on her feet, doing saline drops, and giving her vapor baths, along with the humidifier, the doctor said to just keep doing what i have been doing but she doesn’t seem to be getting any better, and now her temp. is right at 102. i won’t be able to take her to the dr. until the morning. Is there any other remedies or things i can do to help her! i hate seeing her like this!😩
