We are taking him to the vet but I don’t know when and I want to know if I can help him

So he has a stuffy nose

He has flem stuck in his throat( Idk how to spell) and he coughs a bit. it’s not a hair ball cough

He has also been vomiting

I think it’s probably a cold but just want to make sure

We also have another cat with cat flew but it’s not contagious. They think she got it of her mum when she was born but we found her as a stray so yea
