Chicken w/ rice in 🍅 sauce
Fry some drummies added salt, pepper, ground cumin, powder onion and garlic and then in seperate pan fried some white rice till brown. Drained chicken and rice added together with a can of tomato sauce and 3 cups water and boiled till chicken cooked and rice tender. Oh and did some jalapeno with tomatillo salsa
Will do refried beans and fresh corn tortillas later
