Is this eczema? Help!

I itch SO BAD. I had this rash the last time I was pregnant, but it was way less severe. My midwife seems terry unconcerned, but I’m dying. It’s keeping me up at night, and looks really unprofessional. Has anyone seen anything like this? What should I do? I feel like I’ve tried everything...

So my son has really bad excema. His ped recommends after bathing, full lotion down of Cetaphil or Cerave. And then lotioning up often. She also said that sometimes the "natural" lotions/creams actually make it worse bc they are plant-based. Apparently, excema, asthma, and plant based allergies often go hand in hand. Hope that helps!

My skin is crazy dry and sometimes looks like this on my hands because I wash them so much. I have found aquaphor is a life saver! 😊👍🏻

I keep getting the same rash all over my arms... only when i get in the shower & tub. I guess warm water aggravates it. I assume it’s just from the colder weather here in OK for me. But i plan to ask my OB his thoughts at my next appt. i just smear some Benadryl cream on it and it settles down.

Is this eczema? Help!
