Good meal prep foods for vegans
What foods are good for meal prepping? Like rice will last a long time if meal prepped but 5 day old rice is not the tastiest! So what foods can last a long time AND actually taste like something when warmed up?
These are my usual grocery items:
Tofu
Vegan ground beef
Vegan turkey slices
Spinach
Carrots
Snow peas
Green beans
Lentils
Chickpeas
Vegan cheese
Whole wheat noodles
Sweet potatoes
