2 moth old has his nights and days mixed up

I have an almost 2 year old (22 months) I stay up with him all day and he keeps me busy. But my 2 month old sleeps most of the day, and stays up all night. So I'm up all day and almost all night. I get maybe 2 hours in a night. What am I to do
