I’m dying of thirst all day everyday. I drink between 10-12 glasses of water every day, and I’m still so thirsty! Anyone else??

Im only 4 weeks I’m drinking water non stop all day and night, and peeing way more frequently than I used to. I’m a teacher so I can usually hold it for a long time, but I find myself needing to use the bathroom all the time!
