I need prayers and support please!

I’ve had 2 ultrasounds that show the sac but no baby. Today I was cramping so bad! I couldn’t sit down. And I go super nauseous and lightheaded and sweaty. The cramps were hard and consistent. Then they slowly eased off and now I don’t hurt at all. I’m dreading a miscarriage. I’ve been praying hard and I have a lot of people praying. Join in if you would.
