No milk ?

I am 36w4d and i have no milk in my boobs yet. I squeeze and nothing. is this normal? i’m starting to worry i won’t produce any milk 😰 Or does it come once they’re born? i’m a first timer i’m so lost ...

Everyone is different it's my first pregnancy I'm 15 weeks 5 days and started making in my right boob.

Milk comes in around day 3-4. Before that, it’s colostrum. Dont worry! I didn’t leak AT ALL before delivery and I breastfed for 14 months (:
