This is my first month trying opks and I was wondering when you stop using them for the month? I think I got an almost positive test yesterday and I’m not sure how much longer I go. Thank you!

Stop testing after you get a positive. Don’t keep testing because it can really stress you out.

This was my first month too... I got my positive back on 12/8, but am planning to do a full cycle just to see how things look for me over the course of a full cycle. I’m not sure it’s necessary, but it may help me better understand my body next cycle 🤷🏻‍♀️ best of luck! Xo 💕
