How much weight did you put on by 17 week?

So I've put on 5 lbs so far with this pregnancy. My fiances mom said that way to much for being only 16w3d. It doesn't bother me what she thinks I'm just wondering what everyone else has put on?

Um I only put on 2 lbs by 20 weeks and it made my doctors concerned. I'd tell her she can shove it, your doctor will advise you whats right. The range is 25-35 pounds for average healthy weight gain.

Outside People always have so much input on pregnancy weight!! It’s so frustrating 🙄I am 17 weeks today and I’ve gained 3 lbs so far and was 106 pre-pregnancy. My mom was constantly telling me how big I look, my mil was also commenting already “are you sure your gonna make it until May?” Everyone was shocked to hear I only gained 3 lbs. I’ve been throwing up since I found out and the weight I lost just came back showing in my stomach! You’re good girl, just tell them you’re doctor isn’t concerned so they shouldn’t be either!! GL 😊

At my 20 weeks checkup i still hasn’t gained weight and the doctors weren’t concerned. I stayed working out my whole pregnancy. A month later at my 24 week check up i had gained 2 pounds and it was a steady weight gain from there. I gained 25 pounds by the end. Everyone is different though and 5 pounds isn’t a lot almost halfway through. Unless your doctor says something i wouldn’t worry. 😊

Everyone is different. I’m 19 weeks and haven’t gained anything. Last pregnancy I gain 17 pounds in 4 weeks. It’s all diff pans crazy and your dr will tell you if you need to be concerned.

Omgs that's nothing! Go with what your doctor tells you is healthy. I'm pretty sure that's how much I put on around that time too. You're growing a human 🙄
