First time pregnancy

Soooo I’m 6 weeks, 5 days today. I’ve been researching everything like crazy. I went to the doctors and was told everything is fine. Today, (after having sex) I starting bleeding lightly. First it was red for a second then it’s pink. There hasn’t been any serious cramps but I’m freaking out and these still a little pink. Can someone help me, is it serious?
