Breastfeeding pain??

Question

Why 6 months in would breastfeeding start to hurt?? It feels like the first 2 weeks all over again!!
Also, did you notice a difference when baby started getting teeth? Did breastfeeding start to feel different?

Could be many things—latch adjustment due to new teeth, milk bleb, blood blister, clogged duct, thrush, bad latch, period is on its way, ovulation is on its way. I’m 11 months PP, and this month has been the most painful ever, even with dealing with tongue and lip tie revision! And I honestly don’t know why! I started taking sunflower lecithin in case it’s a clogged duct developing. My nipple pain is excruciating, but only every once in while.

When my LO got teeth at three months we had a couple rough weeks of nibbling, biting, teeth scraping. Now that they are in he is used to them and has adjusted his latch accordingly.
