Tylenol for pain?

I just scratched my cornea and I’m in some pain and getting massive headaches on top of my pregnancy symptoms. Are you guys using Tylenol for your symptoms or are you avoiding OTC pain relief?

So I did an eye wash, it hurt a bit but helped. Took an hour nap which also helped and trying to ignore it. Have a doc appt for my first ultrasound I’ll be talking with my doc about safe pain management and all that. Thanks you guys for the support I was a mess earlier

Have you seen an eye doctor?  I had a scratched cornea once and they had a contact that helped immensely.  I know exactly how painful it is, so I’m sorry you have to deal with this on top of being pregnant.  Good luck and I hope it heals fast!

I’m finding all this research saying it’s linked to asthma and adhd in kids and I just want to cry because my eye is in throbbing pain but I don’t feel comfortable taking it if it even has the slightest chance of affecting the baby. I feel so helpless

I would try some other options before medicating during pregnancy. Try alternating and warm and cold compress, keeping the eye closed.
