Hey everyone I’m pregnant with my first child.
Have morning sickness all day like crazy 
Every minute I can’t keep anything down
Nothing works so far 
Any suggestions to what can help?

I feel your pain momma!!! This is my third pregnancy and the nausea got worse with each one. I’m currently on diclegis. I tried to stay off med but I was dehydrated and not getting nutrients baby needs. It helps with the vomiting and some nausea (not all- I still feel pretty crappy). It does make me groggy so that’s a negative. I keep sucking on sour candies, lots of fluids and crackers. Don’t let you stomach get empty it’ll make it worse. Good luck!! Here’s to praying the second trimester brings relief!!

Crackers before you get up, staying hydrated (I can only drink passion fruit juice made at home :O ), Vitamin B6, low fat diet, high fruit and vege. It’s the only thing working for me, and it is more “controlled thanks to all of that, but I started getting Morning sickness all day 5 days before my pregnancy tests even showed positive :O

What helped me was making sure I had something in my tummy all the time. It sounds counter Intuitive because you want to barf but eating small meals and healthy snacks throughout the day might help. With my first I’d have to get up in the middle of the night to have a cup of yogurt or bowl of cereal or I’d definitely feel sick by the time I would get up for work. 
One day I just bought a big container of mashed potatoes and worked on it all day. It was bland and filling and I just kept taking small spoonfuls the whole day at work. 😆
