Changing OB’s ?

I’ve been having some doubts about my OB. And after talking to friends and even some of you here I’ve been told I should change to another OB. I’m 23 weeks.

How do I go about that this far along?

I really like my hospital, but my OB office is the only one for that hospital. I guess it’s my anxiety and what if’s, but she was the OB on call for my first, what if she’s the one on call for this birth? I feel like I have to worry about negligence and malpractice, while I don’t think she’d be like that. I just generally worry.

How did you adjust to a new OB half way through? Did the new OB seem more attentive to your needs knowing you had switched from a different doctor?

Sorry for all of the rambling question, I’d just like to know what I’m getting into, and others stories! Thank you in advanced!
