How much is too much discharge? Help!

So the past day or two I’ve had to put on panty liners cause I’ve had sooooo much discharge it was going through my panties and pants and leaking through to where ever I’m sitting at the moment. Today I went to change my panty liner and noticed I leaked all the way out of the panty liner. It doesn’t itch or have a smell to it and it’s watery not thick like normal discharge.

I’ve been having Braxton Hicks pretty much every day since 14 weeks so I can’t tell if that has anything to do with it. I’m defiantly hydrated. I’ve drank so much water it’s ridiculous.

I have to go out of town (about a 3 hr drive) tonight to see my fiancé’s family. Leaving around 6:30. I’m just worried it’s my water leaking or something crazy and I’ll be stuck at a hospital away from my dr and most of my family. I also don’t want to not go just because I’m being crazy paranoid.

Ugh. Help.

Also this is pregnancy 3 and I’m just about 26 weeks. I’ve also had a very difficult pregnancy this go around and am high risk seeing my dr every two weeks. We’ve been in the clear now from all the dangers in the beginning for about 3-4 weeks.
