Scared to ttc naturally again

I am 3 days past my pregnancy ectopic. termination. I was set to undergo ivf treatment since we had been trying for over a year and nothing. I have decided to pursue ivf in hopes of reducing the chances of this happening again. Has anyone else taken ivf route??
