Did I already ovulate?

According to Glow, I ovulated on the 13th. But I started having egg white discharge early last week and today I am having light cramps. Is it possible that I already ovulated and I'm experiencing implantation cramping?? Any advice is helpful.

If you are having egg white cm now, it may be delayed ovulation; as Glow only predicts. But if you did ovulate when Glow predicted, implantation happens at 9 dpo normally; 7 dpo the earliest, or 12 dpo the latest.
