Help!

So ladies I’m sorry for this TMI. But I need honest opinions and advice.

So my period is 7 days late.

I had spotting 3 days before my period (picture) which turned instantly to light pink/wet (picture) then nothing. I have been checking my cervix. (high, soft and what feels like just barely a slit open) (I just gave natural birth 7 months ago, not sure if this could be why)

I have been having an abundance amount of wetness, a lot stick. (Pictures).

I need help, I took a pregnancy test, they were faint. (Picture) now they look negative to me. Anyone have any suggestions for me?
