I loved hearing how things progressed for others, so here’s my natural labor breakdown. First was induction, so I felt clueless at times.

-37 weeks prodromal labor began. Began 1 cup red raspberry leaf tea/day.

-38+6 lost first of mucus plug

-39+3 day of feeling no BH, prodromal labor, but bad back pain, SPD pain, generally not well. Ate world’s spiciest, nearly inedible chili for dinner.

39+4 midnight woke to painful contractions 3 mins apart. 1:30 AM bloody show. 4 AM got to hospital, labored naturally. 12:52 PM baby!!!

Hope this helps someone if you’re waiting on labor to begin!! I had a great induction with my first too if that’s in your future, you’ve got that too! For what it’s worth this was shorter, but more painful and intense than my 36 hour induction (cervidil and breaking water), both were pain med free. Every birth is different and amazing!
