Sick and breastfeeding
I was recently around some employees who ended up with a stomach bug. Now I have it. Just about an hour ago I threw up and I have been nauseated with stomach cramping.
I have a 7 week old that I am breastfeeding. Should I continue to breastfeed her? Or quarantine myself from her?
