Apocalypse Dream, 8 days Postpartum

So my whole pregnancy I had happy vivid dreams which were amazing. But now since my daughter was born 8 days ago all I get are these crazy super nightmares. I blame it on anxiety.

So last night I dreamt that the apocalypse happened due to a nuclear war. I survived along with my baby, and for the first couple of days the town in which we live looked the same and felt the same. The only difference was that the internet was completely down for three or so days. When it came back on it showed that a giant deadly heatwave was coming to different areas of the country on different days. I grabbed baby and a bag and we went to designated safe zones on the safe travel days. We eventually returned to our home but everything was a vast barren land.

I woke up in night sweats and was terrified. Very scary nightmare. I googled the meaning of the dream and found that it was a typical dream during times of massive change. Like my old world was ending and I was entering my new world where I can rebuild with baby.
