Is this normal? Please help 🤦🏼‍♀️

So I’m 28 kinda just finding out about my body learning more about my sex life. Is it normal for that I can only have an orgasm if I have to focus on an imagine or porn or somthing before having sex? Like my whole sex life ive done it without porn first or anything just thinking I must be a person who just can’t until I tried that. But it’s the only way nothing else works. Is it normal? How can I just have sex without needing that. Even stimulating doesn’t work my partner and I tried everything
