35 weeks, nausea and diarrhea

I know it could be something I ate, but it could also be labor soon lol. I was in the hospital yesterday for some weird pains and dizziness. All tests came back fine. Anyone have this and have labor soon after? I'd like him in there at least another week or 2 :/
