When should I go to the doctors

I live in England and I found out last Friday that I’m pregnant, going by my last period I’m 4weeks 2days, I’ve read a lot on here but not sure when I should go or when they would actually see me? Do I need to be a certain amount of weeks before they will see me?

It won’t hurt to ring them up and let them know you’re pregnant, but they won’t book you in for an appointment with the midwife until you are 10 weeks!!

I'm in the UK, my doctors were useless didn't tell me anything, kept telling me to make an appointment & when I couldn't get one was just told I could self refer myself on my local midwife site.
Midwife called me back 2 days later & booked my appointment for January 4th when I'll be 8 weeks

I’m in the uk and also 4 week 2 days! 
With my last pregnancy doctors told me they won’t book people in until at least 7 weeks, so I’m phoning tomorrow for an appointment for the second week in January. 
Just give them a call and ask what days midwife is in ect. And you can also ask for advice about what appointments to book and what to do next :) x

Hey, I’m in the UK too. I called the docs the next day, they will ask on the phone when your period was and get a midwife to call you. She will then schedule in your booking in appointment in which you should be around 7-9 weeks
