my lil girl had mild baby acne from about 3 weeks to 6 weeks , she's 10 weeks now and gets the occasional zit but nothing too bad .

She had it from about a week old until around three months, on and off. My mom told me to dab some breast milk ok n it with a cotton, worked every time. Worked for my own acne and my sister's too btw 😅

My son had acne really bad a few days after birth. Turns out he has a dairy allergy and was getting it in my breast milk and once I cut dairy from my diet it went away over night!

Started at about 4 weeks and last maybe 2 or 3 weeks.

My baby developed it around the mouth, nose and lower cheeks. I figured out it was from not wiping the milk off his face well enough during the night. I used Aquaphor for babies and it was gone within the day.
