I had some light pink with a twinge of brown at 11 dpo got curious this morning and tested but bfn. I do have “milk” coming out my boobs headaches back aches and a cramp that isn’t really painful

Okay so it was 12 DPO on the 15th and I have had really light brown spotting for 3 days. Not even really spotting I can we’re a tampon for 6 to 8 hours and it only has a little brown on the side I mean a little. And over night I get a little brown with just a pin mark size of very like pink. I have pcos so could this be implantation bleeding or just the start of my period? Most of the time when I wipe I don’t get anything. And I have pretty heavy periods or at least bright red blood after the first day is a lot of spotting. Very confused cuz not having very much spotting at all
