Just let him go in you and then lay there for a few seconds and then let it drip out cause all the sperms left it a second or two after he went in you... You left that in way too long in my opinion.

You really don’t need to use a cup. The sperm gets passed your cervix in a matter of seconds. The liquid that’s left has no Sperm left in it So this is very unnecessary.
