Change in birth control help?

Ok so 2 months ago I switched from the pill to the shot and last month I bleed for 3 weeks which is normal when switching. But I haven’t have my period and it is a month late is this normal. A sign or pregnancy? I took a test a week ago and it was negative but I just freaking out.

When I used to use depo, I didn’t get my period the entire time I was in it. Some women don’t get their period at all anymore and some women get it every couple of months.

Completely normal with depo. Progestin only methods like depo are most known for causing irregular bleeding/spotting patterns. That can include longer time frames with or without bleeding, random bleeding, or frequent bleeding, at any given time.
