Birth Control as Broke College student
Here's the deal: a few years ago my mother switched to an insurance that would not cover anything unchristian. This, of course, means sex out if wedlock.
I am a full time college student without a job. My boyfriend and I want to "take it to the next level" per say, but I don't want to until I'm on something. Personally, I'd like either the IUD or implant, but I do recognize how outlandish that could be.
And so, I don't have insurance that would pay for birth control, which I need. I read something on the planned parenthood website about options for a person like me, but it's extremely vague, and I was wondering if anyone knew what that was?
When I do go in, I'd kind of like to know what they might say. I have this problem where I cry unnecessarily, and most of the time I don't even know why, and I really, really don't want that to happen, you feel?
Any tips or tricks or wisdom would be much appreciated. Thank you!
*Edit*: Thank you everyone for your help so far, but I really don't want the pill. That's the thing I'm trying to avoid.
