Help... I need answers. TTC

Okay everyone. I need so questions answered and it’s 11:53 pm so calling up my doctor isn’t an option. I feel bad even asking this because I know many of you have been TTC for a very long time. My fiancé and I have been trying for 8 mons with no luck. I was also on the depo and yes I know it can cause a boat load of complications. I just recently got off my period a week and two days ago after bleeding for three weeks. About two days ago I started having some pretty bad cramping in my lower back. Today I noticed a brownish bloody discharge. I did the one thing that you shouldn’t do for answers... I asked google. According to google I have many symptoms of early pregnancy that I just took as my period or depression. Can anyone please give me advice so I can stop being so emotional if it’s nothing?!
