Un-Medicated Birth

Disclaimer: There is nothing wrong with getting/having medication during labor for pain. I ended up having to have an epidural after 26 hours of labor & pure exhaustion my muscles/ body needed relief to take a nap & rally to push him out after getting pit. Medicated/ un-medicated you rock mommas!

This will be my second & I am "planning" an un-medicated birth at the hospital with my doula. Anyone successfully do this I want stories. With the first I found pushing less innate than I assumed & I had a lot of fear of a lot of things. And contractions were stalling during pushing phase (hence the need for pit). I had a vaginal with my first but I didn't experience the actual sensation of him crowning & delivering due to the epidural.
