HELP PLEASE

So I start taking anti-androgen pills prescribed by my OB to cure my PCOS and after taking the Provera I bleed and it’s been 1 week and 2 days.. but I still have light brown spotting. on the first day and 2nd day the bleeding was heavy and red but on the 3rd day it was light flow and dark brown. Is this side effect of the pill?

Any thoughts pls
